Sculpting and Flexibility Training
Epic Power Hour Tone and Tighten is a low impact workout utilizing
light to medium weights. Floor exercises and standing exercises
(the pole is used for balance only) we will target the upper body,
thighs, calves, buttocks and abdominals. We work each muscle group
through high repetition using a small range of motion and then
alternately stretch to lengthen the muscles used. It will also
help you burn fat more efficiently and improve your bone density.
During this Epic Power hour class, you’ will not only burn
calories*, but also maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout
the day .After taking consecutive lessons, the results will be:
leaner legs, firmer buttocks, stronger abs, with a more defined
upper body. You will burn away fat and improve your posture as
Tone and Tighten & sculpt your muscles while keeping you feeling
challenged throughout this workout. It will give you the strength
and energy you need to lead a more recreational life.

Toning, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement, body/mind

mat work. Pilate’s equipment adds moderate resistance training,
which is important in your overall fitness plan. However, a Pilate’s
mat workout, when informed by the classical
Pilates sequence, is an exceptionally good workout that
will provide the basis for a life-time of health. Not to mention,
of course, that Pilates mat work is the alpha and omega of core
Yoga Flexibility & Stretch
This 60-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase
their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safely
stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building the
muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. Techniques
are drawn from many years of Yoga stretching and personal training.
This class is ideal for dancers (especially pole dancers), martial
artists, yogis, athletes and anyone else who would like to open
up their body to a new way of moving.

Freestyle & Flow With Cali
A (3) week Series (6) Classes (Satuday
& Sunday 2pm-3pm & and a 3pm-4pm class that is also offered)
& Flow with Cali is a (60) minute Saturday & Sunday Class.
You will learn how to do pole tricks and spins together into a
beautiful art of dance. You will also learn transitions and choreography
incorporating a variety of different styles rom sexy to stylish.
Sleeveless T-shirt or tank tops and pole shorts
are required. High heel shoes are optional.
Notes: You must have intermediate/beginner pole dancing experience
and permission from an Epic pole instructor to register for this
